Privacy

Your information, kept simple.

We collect as little as we can. Here is everything, in plain English.

Messages you send us

The Suggestions form is currently disabled and does not send messages. Once enabled, it will send your name, email address, message and any item link through our email provider so we can read and reply. We do not add you to a mailing list.

Your grab bag list

Your grab bag choices are saved in your own browser, on your own device, so they are there when you come back. They are never sent to us. Clearing your browser data removes them.

Amazon links

Links to Amazon are affiliate links. As an Amazon Associate, Shelf Reliance earns from qualifying purchases, at no extra cost to you. When you click through, Amazon may use cookies on its own site, as explained in Amazon's privacy notice. We don't see who you are or what you buy.

Free PDF guides

Downloading a guide needs no sign-up and no email address.

No tracking

This site has no adverts, no tracking cookies and no analytics.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you or delete any message you have sent us. The Suggestions form is currently unavailable; we will provide a contact method when messaging is enabled. If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can contact the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
